I take on a small number of freelance projects at a time — dashboards, community platforms, AI chat interfaces — and only where the scope is clear and the timeline is honest. Three projects done properly beat eight at half attention.

Every project is quoted as one fixed price, written down before anything starts. What moves that number is scope — how many screens, whether a design already exists, and how much of the data layer is built. You get the number together with the scope, not after the work has begun.
An interface refresh runs one to three weeks. A full web application in React or Next.js is four to twelve. A cross-platform mobile app in React Native or Flutter is six to fourteen. The estimate arrives with the written scope, and it is the one I hold myself to.
Most of the work is remote and always has been. I am on IST, which overlaps a full working day with the rest of India, the Gulf, and Europe, and the early morning in the United States. Where you are has never been the constraint — how clear the scope is, is.
Often, yes. I read the codebase first and tell you honestly whether continuing it or rebuilding the front-end is the cheaper path. Sometimes the answer is that you do not need me at all, and you will hear that too.
You do, on final payment — repository, design files, and deployment. Nothing is held back as leverage and there is no licence to renew.
It gets priced as its own small scope, in writing, before it is built. The original estimate never quietly absorbs it — that is the mechanism most fixed-price projects actually fail by.
